Obv. shilling need help from ebayers

Ok check this link out but look at the bid history carefully...a bid was installed by lalawayne (0) --0 feedback-- Jan 5th at 16:37...five and half minutes later it was retracked stating could not contact seller...however gets better--2 minutes later the same person bids again but this time since they know how much I bid they bid the exact amount thus pushing the bid to its max. at 16:44.

Help me out ebayers...how do I turn this knuckle head in!!!!
I want to contact ebay on this one...

24 hours later and ebay still has done nothing but to their credit they said it would be 24-48 hours so I keep checking to see what the status of this item...maybe I am the only one that can see this is shilling at it best...I just can't believe someone would be as so stupid to bid, retract five minutes later cause could not contact seller then rebid again at my max all in the matter of ten minutes or so...

after a couple of more bids he now retracts his other bid saying something about feedback...if you are not going to win the item and there are three people ahead of your bid why would you go to the problem of retracking it? ah this kills me and yet looks like ebay not going to do a darn thing about it...

I had a look at a previous auction of his, and low and behold, lalawayne did the same thing in that one too. It seems lala is also a fan of the Red Hot Chili Peppers...lol. Auction # 320027840450

that's either some incredibly bad and obvious shilling or the seller has some sort of freaky stalker bidder.

I guess what bothers me is that ebay is doing nothing about this...if ebay does not stop shilling then we the buyers are the ones that lose out. It is not a fair practice in my book but then I guess what do I know. It has been longer then the 48 hours now and the auction is still going strong..translation ebay wants it money which is fine but ebay is also reinforcing this seller to shill again in the future!!!

Well look their EBAY finally did the right thing and booted this seller!!! Wish I could stand up and applaud them for doing the right thing...this auction has been ended by ebay.
