I have my UD 500HR Club bat card in a BGS holder...only cards they cant get are some of the new 1/4 inch thick patch cards like the UD Patch collection pieces.

do they atleast fully refund your money or they get the money and you get this piece of cardboard saying to think? just wondering as i have yet to send anything in...kind of wondering how it works. seems like they could make cases big enough to fit thicker cards. jason
