Oilers Colby Cave in medically induced coma.

Man I hope he pulls through. I feel so terrible reading about his wife's heartbreak like that...I can't imagine what she and his family are going through right now with this new update.

Everyone please put down the hockey cards today for a moment and say a prayer for Colby.
 
Very, very sad. Too young for anyone to pass on. Your life is ahead of you, you've made the dream for every young person growing up, and life takes it away from you like the snap of a finger.

On a side note, I also hate people who now want to capitalize on the death of the young man. COMC has two Young Guns inflated to over $50. Those people, in my opinion, should feel great shame.
 
No one ever expects this. Wow, such a sad passing...heart goes out to the family

I'm not shocked. Remember Luc Bourdon, some of his cards listed sky high upon hearing his sad news. There is always someone trying to profit on other peoples misfortune.....Says a lot about the person trying to do so
 
As an obvious die-hard Oilers fan, this heartbreak has been on my mind all day. I was a big fan of Colbys and he was one of the players I was waiting to make it full time here.

To add insult to injury so-to-speak, there are people trying to profit from today’s devastating news.

I honestly don’t hold any joy in this, but here is the list of the eBay sellers trying to profit from this terrible tragedy ...not even 24 hours after-the-fact.

I ask you all, as my fellow H.I.ers to not only block these sellers, but please do not bid on their auctions.

If you want to make trades, that is cool in my books personally....in fact it is in good spirits as far as I’m concerned .

And I don’t want to speak for the mods here (and I am not one) but I’m sure they agree.
