He took to long on an injury timeout and was DQ'd.
He was obviously upset, and was pacing back and forth saying stuff to the ref, then outta no where, he kicks the ref. When officlais stepped in he pushed one person away and appearently spit on the floor before he was escorted out.
Appearently he and his coach both have lifetime bans.
