Stopped by the LCS yesterday and saw they had gotten in a new shipment of Topps Five Star. Against my better judgement, I decided to crack a tin. Could have been better, could have been way worse, here's the damage:
Base #/79:
Larry Fitzgerald
Santana Moss
Calvin Johnson
Jumbo Jerseys:
Brandon LaFell 20/40
Rookie Autos:
Jason Pierre-Paul 38/50
Five Star Signatures:
Ray Rice 25/50
Rookie "Patch" Autos:
CJ Spiller 2 color "patch" 49/50
And the big hit of the tin:

A Rookie QB and a Rookie RB for a potentially up and coming team...

Futures Dual Autographed "Patches":
Colt McCoy (white "patch") and Montario Hardesty (brown/orange "patch") 4/5
The McCoy/Hardesty was a very nice pull, as was the 2-color Spiller, but I've got a HUGE problem with Topps labeling these cards (and the Jumbo) as containing "patch" swatches when they CLEARLY contain jersey swatches! It bothered me before I'd busted any of this stuff, but it really bugs me now, which is why everything (except the base) is already on eBay.
Anyway, that's my break. It was fun but certainly not several hundred dollars fun and definitely not National Treasures fun (kinda biased because of what I pulled, though). Thanks for the read and, as always, comments are welcome!
