I was talked into trying a tin by my LCS guy... He knows I'm a s*cker for high end stuff, so after debating with myself I decided to take a shot at it.

I honestly don't know that much about golf, and I have a feeling that I did fairly bad, especially for the price of the product. Let me know what you guys think...

The McDowell redemption is one of the SP from the set; most are numbered /175.

Both the Lopez and the Stadler look amazing in person. The Stadler is a Shadowbox with a gold background. Very shiny.

So, what are your impressions?

I dont know what you paid Jon, but from what I can gather based on who/what you got, I would have to agree that you did "fairly bad". If that box/tin cost anything more then $100-150, yeah, not good.....

The only thing I can say is that if that's a one tin break - there has to be at least one auto of Tiger or Rory in every three box case. And even then I'd rather buy the single than drop $2K to make sure you get one

I can verify Tiger/Rory/Palmer/Nicklaus are not one per 3 tin case. Content wise my case was alright but the damage and smudged autos are another story. Gonna be a headache with UD for sure.

That was one BAD tin! Lopez = great golfer but almost no hobby love. On the redemption, you may never see that card. I have been waiting for months on one of his and UD, has no idea of when he will ever sign.

looks like unless you get some RORY MCILROY rookie auto, Tiger super high end or maybe a golf great combined with Jordan you are screwed(but that was just a assessment based on a quick view of ebay sales)....not a golf fan but I think when it comes to The Cup I rather take 100.00-450.00 and buy exactly what I want in Pens or if I was a golf fan I'd do the same with Exquisite...

Except that the typical high end collector isn't the target market for this. It's the high end golf collector who doesn't need to worry about how they spend their disposable income. The main target is the guy who will spend more on one club for their bag than a tin of Exquisite...
