What's the problem with that? He just registered which is okay, he is using Paypal as a form of payment which is a extra bonus! You have nothing to worry about, the people who try and scam you are the one's putting up 200 dollar selling cards or more up for 125 buy it now's, with 0 feedback and only take money orders, those are the one's who try to screw you out of your money, trust me I've been there, didn't fall for it, ask Paul, it would of been a nice card too
