OPC Platinum variation, How Do You Tell ?

Opened up 2 boxes today and have the 2 cards of Kopitar, it would seem that the one on the right is the announced variation. The only way I could determine this is by checking on e bay to see what is the more common copy, there is no noticeable difference between the 2 cards beside the photo, the backs are identical.The orange border card has a more defined crowd in the background while the blue variation has a hint of the yellow dashboard at the bottom, i don't think the variation is designed to have less of a background than the reg card.
Does anyone have any info on how to easily determine what the variations are ?
I think a lot will be missed

Just a quick comment - I'd like some feedback on - do the variants appear to all be a bit tighter/zoomed into the player more than the regular or is that just me?

Yup, i can see them there, thanks for the info.but i sure wish there was a more definable marking on the card to make it easier on us older guys who don't use facebook
