Yes, that's my 2000-01 Upper Deck Slam Signature Slams Kevin Garnett Autograph. It's beautiful, isn't it? Well, it is in my book THE hardest card to move. Why, you ask? It's a freakin' cool KG auto that should be easy as pie to move, you say? You're right. It SHOULD be easy to move, but such is not the case.

I have NEVER seen this card on eBay. I picked it up when I decided to collect KG autos for a short time, but then quit because I collect enough already. This is my last remaining KG auto, and I think I've had it for almost a year now. I've been told by numerous people that it is short-printed to only 21 copies. I've also been told that it only shows up on eBay every six months (I've had it for about a year now and I still haven't seen it on eBay yet), and when it does, it usually sells for about $150. But when I looked it up in Beckett...

FIFTY DOLLARS!? You've gotta be kidding me! Even if this card's alleged print-run of only 21 copies is just a rumor, I NEVER see this card on eBay! How can a card that is so scarce and hard to come by, have a Beckett value of only FIFTY DOLLARS? Plus, Beckett mentions nothing about a print run. I usually don't care about what Beckett says, but when you're trading with people who consider Beckett to be their Bible of basketball cards...

I just can't trade or sell this card. I WANT to, because I think I can get something pretty sweet for my personal collection for it, but people ask me to trade it based on a $50.00 Beckett value and it sickens me every time. Whenever I mention that it is possibly short-printed to 21 copies, I always get the same response: "Well, Beckett doesn't say anything about a short print-run, so, that's just heresay." The thing is unless I can prove it's worth (or unworth), that's all I have to go by: heresay. But how do you explain it NEVER popping up on eBay, or as others say, "Once every six months"?

I need your help! If anyone has any information as to the value of this card, or the print-run, please let me know. If you see it on eBay, please let me know right away! I need to settle this once and for all. Is it worth $150 sell value, or $50 Beckett value? I need proof.

$100 sell value would be fair I guess. It used to sell for around 150 when he was having his MVP season, I doubt it would sell for that much now. I'm actually interested in trading for it, but you never got back to me when I asked about it.

Sorry 'bout that Casket. I often overlook posts for some reason. I checked your list and you have some sweet stuff, but the only card I really want is that quadruple, which is obviously worth a lot more than this KG.

What are you looking for? Because I doubt whatever list you saw was updated. =)
