OT: Woohoo, going to the 2010 winter olympics

Ok only to watch......

Good news - I put in for hockey tickets and to my surprise I got the days and times I wanted.

Bad news - I now have an $1800 charge on my visa to pay off. But at least the tickets will be paid for by 2010 - I hope

I put down for 4 games for myself, the wife and my son who is only 6 right now, so he should be just right when the games roll around. Only crappy thing is not sure who we even get to watch. I put two afternoon and 2 night games on consecutive days hoping to get canada for one.

I didn't bother putting in for tickets since i can't afford them. But my friend put his name in for a bunch (hockey, speed skating etc.) and now he has an $11000 charge on his credit card!

Just noticed a $600 charge on my Visa. The only thing I put in for was gold and bronze medal hockey tickets.

Looks like I'm going to the Bronze medal game!

Looks like they sold out of most of the ticekts. Apparently friday we can pick up whatever is left over
