Nobody wants to read a happy ending I know :devil:, but I just received a call from Theresa from Panini CS. She was very informative and helpful, and seemed truly apologetic for the delay in responding to me re: outstanding redemptions/replacements.
All it took was one phone call, and I'm ready to start buying Panini products again. I've got almost a case of Dominion waiting for me, and I've stuck to my guns and didn't buy it until after I was happy that CS was looking after me. I'll have to see what I receive for redemptions/replacements, but now I know what is happening with the redempions/replacements and why (kind of like when Clint would help us out).
This doesn't mean I won't keep buying ITG stuff (and probably lots of it), but I can start buying Panini again. :beer:
