Panini Lands Exclusive NFL/NFLPA License!!!

This has been rumored for months now. Not surprised. ALOT of people are going to miss base Topps and Topps Chrome.

I've been putting together the Topps base set since 1988, so I'm really not happy about this news.

Does anyone know of a Panini equivalent of the Topps main set? Something along the lines of 400-500 cards, all the rookies and maybe a few inserts. I'm not looking to spend a lot since I focus on hockey and baseball. It seems like Score is my best best. Do they make a Score factory set? Maybe they'll come out with some more options now that they have an exclusive.

Agreed not a huge shock as it has been talked about since spring time. Everyone is staking their territory and this is a huge deal.

It's too bad for Topps as I do like their 5 Star product.

I've been hearing about this for a while. The part I'm not a fan of is Panini is going to make up to 30 products??
