Redeemed a 10-11 Contenders Great Outdoors Crosby auto in Apr/12.

Coming up on 2 years later for a 3 year old release, 4 online requests for status updates, 4 emails sent, well over 5 hours on hold, multiple phone call back requests.

NOTHING!!!! NO RESPONSES!!!!!

Pathetic, real nice customer service.

I have unfilled redemptions from 10-11 as well that were redeemed in early 2011. There seems to be a void in their process ... either you hit the queue right away and get your card, or you somehow get passed over and your request goes into the redemption card wasteland. I've even been in contact with one of their reps recently and was offered assistance and still have not seen/heard any progress.

Thats strange, sorry to hear about your experience. I redeemed a 2010-11 Contenders Datsyuk Great Outdoors Auto /50 shortly after release.....waited for a good amount of time, then I was contacted via email by a customer service rep telling me the card would not be made and I would need to request a replacement. I was given a few options and the whole process went rather smoothly.....good luck with this situation.

Did he email you back? We found out the other day some of his emails aren't being received since some are going directly to his spam folder from some email accounts. He's started to check that folder more frequently for his direct emails.

That was the rep I contacted Chris. No progress since then.

Just spoke to Thomas. It's barely been two weeks, Ryan. Your cards were being pulled and set to ship. Need to be a little patient. Only a few thousand collectors in line ahead of you.

Be a little patient? Ha ha. Good one, Chris. You'd think three year old redemptions would get some type of priority. Especially since I've been updating the request tickets every 6 months or so looking for an update. :|

Thanks for the email, Chris. I am going to try to email him directly as well for a redemption I've been waiting for over 2 years for as well. Thanks for looking into it in advance!

....you're welcome for looking into it.

I do appreciate it, thank you Chris... and this is directed more at the process than you ... I wish I could go through this without having guilt that I somehow did something wrong. How does that saying go about the consumer always being right...? I feel like Panini is somehow doing me a favour, when the opposite is actually true.

So ... you're welcome for me buying Panini products!
