Panini replacement

Had a 11-12 contender kris le tang auto patch/100 redemption and a 13-14 rookie selections tarasenko auto jersey redemption.got hold of panini for replacements.asked for flames or penguins and here is what I got.first up is for the le tang.overall very happy with this one.



This one is for the tarasenko.not to pleased with this replacement at all.has nothing to do with the teams I asked for.

Both are available for Monahan,Bennett,gaudreau.thanks for the look

If it makes you feel better I somehow wrangled $150 for my MacInnis auto like that this time last year....maybe they still go for that??

If you email them and explain (calmly) why you feel the replacement is unacceptable, I bet they would try to help you out. I know there have been a lot of complaints about Panini CS for whatever reason, and maybe I'm just lucky, but any time I have emailed them and explained a situation, they always were nice and willing to help.

I think the MacInnis is a shorty, no? Maybe they will add a little something if you aren't happy with Linden. Tarasenko is a stud player, so should have got at least a top current player in return, IMO.

Apologies, since this isn't the point of your post, but have they confirmed this card will not be released? I'm working on the set, and both Letang and Malkin are still redemptions. I've seen each of these players sign cards for later years of Contenders and they still get some in from 2011-12 from time to time, so I hold out hope, but at the same time it's been 4 years.

Just wondering if there's been official word from the company. Thanks!
