Pat Moran Ball signed in 1919....

My buddy has this item. He says due to dirt from his father playing with it when he was a kid it is tough to see the signature, but it is there.

I have not seen the ball, but he says it has black and yellow stitching, and was signed in 1919.

If it proved to be real, what kind of value would this carry??
