Before I start with the scans here is a quick Colgate Football update. We are currently 8-2 (4-0 Patriot League, #23 in the nation) and have a matchup next weekend, November 22, with Holy Cross for all the marbles. The Patriot League Championship and 1-AA (FCS for you sticklers) playoff berth will be on the line. I was telling someone earlier that I have been dreaming about getting to play in a Patriot League Championship game for as long as I can remember. I was at Colgate’s Patriot League Championship game on November 22, 1997 in a driving snowstorm and it was an amazing experience (we won). I don’t care if I literally get to play (which I still haven’t, oh well) but being there as part of the team will be more than I could have ever imagined. Hopefully there will be some classic Hamilton, NY weather. The forecast currently predicts 32 degrees (Fahrenheit, for you northerners) and a chance of snow showers.

Now that that is out of the way I’ll jump right into the scans…
First up is mail from a few trades, and a rare pack break. The Robitaille is from a trade with mulletkid. Along with the Luc, Mario tossed in the Gomez auto. Thanks again for the trade! The Dubisnky is from a deal with kovyheater, thanks again! The Orr is from a 2 pack break I did of Legends Masterpieces (got them from D+A Cardworld because I needed to buy toploaders). That was the only card of note from the break…
Next, Colgate graduate Jesse Winchester. The Retro Rainbow is from John Giffen (jdg573) via eBay. John also threw in a gold and regular version, thanks again! The UD Black is the /15 Gold version. These bring my collection to 9/10 (90.00%). All I am missing is the OPC Blank Back…
Finally a slew of Girardi’s to cap things off. I picked up a bunch of minor league issues that I needed but I still need his 2001-02 Barrie Colts team issue. The ITG Jersey is the Gold version /10 and settles an internal debate I had with myself. I have the show stamped 1/1 version of the Gold version and I wasn’t sure whether to count it or not. This settles that. These (and a few incoming) bring me to 47/59 (79.66%)…
This next batch includes the Retro Rainbow /100. That one was offered to me at a generous price from HI member leafs4_cup, thanks again Sean! Also in there is a tough Artifacts rookie parallel /10 and some autos from this years releases…
