Pavel Datsyuk agrees to 3 year extension!

Should take him into retirement at 38, or not?

I guess it depends on his level of play at that point. Either way, he's a Wing for life, great signing by the Wings on one of the game's best.

Wonderful news  #13 will retire a career Red Wing, such a rarity these days in professional sports. $7.5 mill per is a steal for the BEST player in the World.

Totally overrated, a terrible signing. He's got some good moves, but can't do anything else.

And yes, I'm joking. One of the best two-way players of the past twenty years, and I think any hockey fan has to appreciate his abilities regardless of their team allegiance.

Man, I stopped breathing when I read your first lines... ;-)

That being said, that's a great news for the Wings, and a terrible news for the rest of the league. :D

Not a 100% thing....he could get traded at some point. Not feasible, but you never know these days!

One thing that I'm really looking forward to with realignment this year is getting to see more of this magician in action.
