Pay pal question

Long story short, if I send someone money for a card do the person who receives the money have to accept it or do it go directly in your pay pal account?

Money goes into their paypal account. Or at least it always has for me.

I recently sold some cards on ebay in CDN funds. I had to accept or deny payment before it went into my Paypal account. Also had to choose which currency.

I believe this is the case whenever the payment is coming in with a currency you don't have attached to your account. If you had CDN, then it would have come through automatically.

I normal accept and keep everything in USD, even with their bull**** exchange rate.
