I purchased postage to Canada yesterday via E-Bay, the preview showed about an inch of the left side all the way down. I thought maybe that's just the preview & printed the label & it was same as the preview. Tried going to shipping labels in My E-Bay to reprint the label, Preview showed exactly the same & printed that way again. Next step delete the label & request a refund which take 2 weeks to process and try it again. The preview is again only showing the left edge & prints the same way. Requested another refund & off to the post office.
Now more problems, the PO clerk says I can't get tracking to Canada, I respond "tracking has been available for a couple of years", he looks at his monitor for a bit & says "sorry can't help you with that" & processes my Bubble Mailer & says I owe $2.50. I've never paid that little to ship to Canada & told him that, again same line "sorry can't help you with that".
So now I have a card on it's way to Canada without tracking & with postage amount that's gotta be wrong. Any other US members having similar problems? US to US labels are fine.
