Hey guys, take this as you will, but it looks like there's an opportunity to potentially save some big money on ebay and paypal... I can't tell if it's only available to Canadians of if it's for everyone.
it seems like it's working for some people, but not working for others. if you're going to be making a purchase anyways, try it out and see if it works for you, but if you're not buying anyways, I don't think it's worth the risk.
