Paypal dispute outside eBay?

Hi all,

I've never had to file a PP claim outside eBay, but I think I may have my first one coming up. Has anybody had any success in the past, or do you usually have to get the CC company involved in order to get your money back?

Nothing different then ebay. Same rules

A few years back on the old Beckett Boards. Absolutely no help from Paypal on a damaged card received. Not like Ebay where condition is a part of the transaction.

I have an open case right now. File the claim through Paypal and if you don't get your $$$ back, call your CC company. In fact, once you've opened the claim, you should contact your CC company right away and have them put a note on file. This way if Paypal doesn't refund you, they already are aware of the situation
