Paypal Help Needed!!!

Hey, so I log into paypal today, and I was going to withdraw my money and put it into my bank account. I have $110.13 Canadian in my balance, but when I go to withdraw it, it says that the amount I want to withdraw exceeds the amount available. I then see that I only have like $32 canadian available, when I checked all my transactions, everything says complete. Please help, thanks alot.

Are any of the funds in the US balance? ebay fees? i know they can get steep

or maybe someone that paid you paid with a echeck and it did not go through?
