Hey guys,

I recently sold a card and a couple weeks later the guy files a Paypal claim on me. The card was a printing plate of a scrub, so nothing special. Anyways, he says that the package only had a few decoys in it, not the plate. I did no have a tracking # on it, so am I pretty much screwed? Also, had I had a tracking #, and he said it was only decoys, would I still be out of luck? If so, what good is a tracking # if PP claims can still be filed against you?

Thanks.

Hopefully there is someway I can win this claim. UHGGG

You are pooched - unless he filed as "item not as described" . Then he has to return the item to you (with proof) before a refund will be issued. If he filed as not received then keep your emails indicating that he received the package it may or may not help.
