Very impressive performance. The twenty-first perfect game in MLB history.

Thoughts on the final strike? Was it a questionable call or was it close? If it was close, you give it to the pitcher. If Ryan didn't argue, could he have beaten the throw to first? Liked how Fox didn't show a replay from the side angle to see if he checked his swing. Why ruin a great moment by showing a replay of a potential blown call.

Questionable call, but that's a call that a pitcher is going to get 99 times out of 100 in that particular situation. And Ryan would not have beaten out the throw had he not argued.

Interesting tidbit stat about this perfect game during
Yankees/RedSox football game.The Mets have never
had a pitcher throw a no-hitter but this was the seventh
thrown by a "former' Mets pitcher.Kinda ironic...
