I am trying to step back a bit from the new stuff and trying to build up a small vintage lot.It seems that if anything is holding its value these days it is the older cards.So I picked up this small lot.Nothing special but the cards are actually quite nice.Mostly something a set builder could use.Thanks,Winston.

Great cards. The 60-61 topps is one of my all time favourites. Lots of great looking cards in this set. Vintage is the only way top go.

Yes I am seeing that. It seems that with the new stuff it is hot today and if you do not move it in the small window of time than you might as well eat the card. While vintage if it does not sell today than my next week all it is than is a week older. My issue with vintage is the grading of the card. Every one has a different opinion of condition. If you’re the buyer than you run the card down to the lowest and if you are the seller than of course you brag it up to the fullest. I like dealing in person when it comes to the old stuff. I find that way two intelligent people can discuss condition and try to agree. Makes collecting fun again.Thanks,Winston.

I have always liked the old stuff.But as part of my hooby I sell at the local shows.And I just find it so hard for people to agree on condition.So I went away from it for a while.But they really did make some nice cards back in the day when life was so much simplier.Thanks,Winston.

Great looking cards. I try to pick up the older Habs when I can. I'm not too picky on the condition. As long as they are not visibly creased I am happy with the card.
