Sorry to hear of such a bad thing but when I say this I am not for the white envelope but of the over 50 I have recieved cards in I have never had a card damaged.If the person mailing the item uses the heavy card board then there isn't a problem. Let me tell you I had cards bent from the bubble mailers , it is just a freak thing & I don't support the white envelope unless it is done the old fashion way which is to pieces of heavy cardboard & some butcher paper and some twine that my friends works all the time much better than the flimsy bubble mailers.My two cents......
