I am interested to see who everyone is picking up for the playoffs. I haven't this year but usually when I pay more attention to the playoffs, i snag up a couple of rookies in case they run hot in the playoffs and then flip them for a nice profit so that I can keep on buying newer products.

This year I think everyone is riding on Steve Mason.....I am banking on MTL making it in and seeing a nice spike in either Halak or Price or both..

For the sake of my sales, I'm hoping Cam Ward has another beauty Cup run. I could see it too considering how well the Canes are playing right now.

Good point, i think Eric Staal would see an increase too

I think as long as Boston doesn't meet Montreal they can go all the way...plus i would love to see backstrom from the wild get hot. i have a few of his spx rc's still kicking around

If Montreal wins a series - the Canadien crowd will inflate sales.....

Luongo, Marleau, Carter, Parise are 4 that could make some gains.

If Detroit wins, Chris Osgood might finally be considered an adequate goalie.

if Mason wins a game, that could be an increase, i have been slowing stocking up his rcs

Parise, Ovechkin, Bobby Ryan (if Ducks make it) will be my other picks

Stamkos and Schenn! :)

I'm cheering for Washington, Pittsburgh, Montreal and Chicago! So, hopefully the values of all the cards, that I snapped up last year in Ovechkin, Backstrom, Crosby, Malkin, Price, Kane and Toews will increase. I can only hope.

Anyone on St. Louis as they have been getting no love all year and they will surprise people.

Setoguchi too. H ewas hot at the begining, cooled down but is ready to spike in value again. Unless the Sharks choke again.

JOnas hiller is already increasing i have noticed. I am wondering if SETOGUCHI will increase..
I don't think the blue jackets have any play off experience do they, i mean player wise,.

i invested in few mason rookies and ovechkin spa,

but i'm tempted to pick up a zach parise card...because its either going to be NJ or WSH in stanley cup finals on east.

I'm not picking any up but I think Umberger and Vermette will have a great playoffs. I would also say Williams but I don't think he'll get any hobby love regardless on what they do. Does Williams even have any cards out yet in the last couple of years?

I hope Nash cards doesn't go any higher. Like Mason, Voracek is another rookie that could do well. A sleeper pick would be Filatov. He was called up but not sure if he'll play or if he'll be up in Columbus when the playoff starts.

Not sure if it was posted but the Beckett mag had these 4 to keep a eye on....

Travis Zajac-that is a great pick imo
Phil Kessel
Niklas Backstorm (CAps)
Ville Lieno(although they know he might not get any games)
