I purchased a case of ultimate today. My payment went through PayPal and once complete there was no packs in the "my packs" section. Has this ever happened to anyone on here?? I called UD and they said there was no contact number for Epack. The girl said I would have to email through the contact section on the website which I did and I also sent a message on their Facebook page with no reply from either as of yet, however the Facebook message was read. Any advise would be appreciated.
