I purchased a case of ultimate today. My payment went through PayPal and once complete there was no packs in the "my packs" section. Has this ever happened to anyone on here?? I called UD and they said there was no contact number for Epack. The girl said I would have to email through the contact section on the website which I did and I also sent a message on their Facebook page with no reply from either as of yet, however the Facebook message was read. Any advise would be appreciated.
 
trying to get ahold of epack is the worst. It took me 5 days to hear back regarding a login issue.
I flooded the twitter page with messages 2 or 3 times a day and that did seem to help a tad.
 
Not sure if you ever got this resolved or not but I'm here to help. I had an issue a few months ago and I got a response by emailing epack@upperdeck.com. They also had a phone number on their email response - (800) 873-7223. I never called it so not sure how effective it is.

First thing, get your receipt for your order that was emailed to you. That has the actual order # on it. Email and / or call with the info above. Upper Deck just has to have a way to track what has happened with the Order # disclosed. If they say that you already got your packs, ask for them to disclose what cards were pulled from the pack and go from there.
