I'm collecting the master set (rookies, parallels and premier dates) and I'm literally only 12 cards shy of the entire thing....it's taken me 5 years and 15 cases (yes cases!!) to do.

I still need the following cards and I'm willing to pay huge $$ for them. Please let me know.

Premier Date
- Tugnutt
- Gilmour

Hobby Parallel
- Kapanen
- Luongo
- Potvin
- Havlat

Dual Patches
- Lecavalier/Svoboda
- Messier/Lindros
- Modano/Langenbrunner

Thanks everyone.

That is an insane project! I don't have any of those but wish you the best of luck finding them.

And I have to ask......do you have the holy grail of the set? Conklin 1/1.

Are you the same guy that had the write-up in Beckett back in the day? I remember reading a story about someone doing the set. Good luck to you!

Well unfortunately the conklin was sold before I had the dough to buy it, and although I know who owns it now....they won't sell it. However other than that I have every other rookie besides the Melichar /2

I do however have the Pacific treasury copy of the Conklin hobby rookie, and although it's not really a true rookie, it's still pretty cool. Pacific actually made two copies, but only one was stamped. I have a feeling that might be the closest I ever get.

What a mission !

I'm bringing you a little help, I have Gilmour Premiere Date available. PM me, if you're interested .

Yeah all of the rookies are numbered to jersey number...making it nearly impossible to finish the set. Thanks for all the responses guys!

is the hobby parallel numbered? if not can you describe the difference. Been a long time. I own the Torres /16 by the way. Glad you got one too!

The hobby parallel is stamped in red #/94, while the premier date cards are serial numbered inside a little gold box in the bottom right hand side of the card.
I hope that helps.

Do you maybe have anything off my wantlist?
