Yeah, Mike. Why exactly DO you own 25000+ Pro Set cards?
Because I don't know what I don't know. And no one else does either. There are variants out there that keep a very low profile, and sometimes they only make themselves known when you can fan through 40 copies at once.
And sometimes, someone else finds something you've never seen. Like today:

Is it a printing flaw? Or a true variation? I don't know what Pro Set's printers looked like, but a blank line certainly seems like a plate issue, and not a printer issue. So to me, this certainly feels like a true variant. And I never noticed it in 30 years.
But after being alerted to its existence, I dip into my boxes...and sure enough, I've already got it! Storage costs me nothing. I'll keep my 25000 cards.
