Verified Trader,
I could use a little help me. A buyer in the US bought an item from me on eBay. They are not happy with it. No worries. They filed for a return, but trying to get the item shipped back to me is a pain in the neck. They don't want to send it back and have me refund them (which in my estimation is the easiest route).
I am supposed to purchase a shipping label from Canada post and upload it so they can use it to send an item to me? Can I even do this? I have poked around but not found anything helpful. Has anyone done this before?
with eBay basically forcing you to except returns, they really need to step up to the plate and make the label available through their website.
Any help would be appreciated.
