Question about a Gretzky card

Hey guys,

hopefully you can help me out.
So I got this 1997-98 Pacific #99 Wayne Gretzky in a trade.
I just realized that the card is somehow stamped, with the crown emblem and I would guess the word could be "international collectors" or something like that.
Does someone maybe know where this card comes from?
Any help is greatly appreciated

I have a bunch of 00/01 Crown Royale base embossed like that from the Expo that year. I seem to recall you could get one card embossed for each pack you opened. Does that sort of thing have any collectibility to player collectors?
