I build frames for my stuff to display in the office & here are my tips. My Frames
Don't hang a display where it will recieve direct sunlight
Don't shine a spotlight on your display & if you do only turn it on during special occasions.
My frames don't have a glass front so what I do is either
1. Spray paint the front of the holders with a clear UV blocking Spray Paint - or
2. Buy UV blocking film and apply it to the front of the card holders.
If you use a glass fronted display make sure it's a UV blocking glass, if your unsure follow either step above for protection. I have about 20 sets in frames & don't have room for themm all so I change them up from time to time which helps. I've had card auto's in filing cabinets to fade that never saw the light of day, so with some it's enevitable. Another advantage I have is I'm old so it'll be someone else's problem some day.
