Question about PSA "OC" cards

Quick question about Off Centre graded cards from PSA. How much does that shift the value?

I have a OPC Rookie PSA 9 of Mike Palmateer that is OC. Regular PSA 9 rookies of his are between $180-$400. How much does the OC version take off that?

From my very limited experience, it seems like people value cards with the OC grade as 2-3 grades lower than the number grade it is given. So in your case, a 9(OC) probably sells to the equivalent of a 6-7. Again, that's just from the very limited experience I have with buying vintage.

Agree with the above, probably sells like 7. Qualifiers are typically a 2 grade penalty.
