Question about shipping from US to Finland?

I'm looking to ship a card to Finland and the person inquired about insurance. As far as I know you can only get insurance to a foreign country with Global Express! Any US ebayer's that can help me out??? Want to give the guy a differen't option if there's one out there. Thanks..

I shipped to Canada once using Ins and it cost alot. If this person wants Ins. I would make him pay for it. Just my opinion.

Global Priority is also very good option. Im not sure if there is insurance but its quick and very safe. Just my finnish opinion If buyer wants insurance, its totally different story and cost very much.

You can insure Registered Mail - but only up to a certain amount - that varies from country to country.
