Question About This Card...

I was wondering what is the difference between these two cards. They are from the same set the only difference is that the first one has a Stamp on the top right corner. Does anyone know the reason for this...

The one on the left is a buyback that was inserted into 02-03 Signature Series packs.

Ok so if I want to look up the BV on the one from the left do I look under 2001-02 or 2002-03?

Listed under 02-03 and they carry a 1.5x multiplier.
