Question about UD redemption replacement requests

Hey guys,

Back on 3/13, I decided to bail out on 4 pending redemptions that I had with UD. I noticed that same day that the status of the redemptions changed to "replacement requested". Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for the replacements to ship out once they are requested?

This isn't a rant or anything...it's only been 10 days. I'm just curious.

I think Jay forgot to put in the 1's (14-16 weeks). I've had a few "replacement reuqested" items and it's been a long time. I guess they're trying to find something of equal value to send my way. I guess I've waited this long, I might as well wait some more. Not really much we can do, just gotta' be patient.

I have seen replacements in a month, thats about as fast as it gets.

I have never asked for a replacement for a redemption card but have had a couple damaged ones that have been replaced within a month or so

You could get them in 2 weeks or 2 years or somewhere in between. It's best just to try not thining about it. You'll just get a headache.

I requested last Oct. then again in Jan for the same card and have still not seen anything change on my account....ive been waiting almost 3 yrs for the card so I don't think they are in any hurry to pack something out for me.

Yeah, that's primarily why I was curious about the turnaround time. The longer the wait, the more anticipation tends to build...but as we all know, when it comes to UD redemptions, good things don't always come to those who wait. :foottap:

I'll race you Joshua. I also had one that changed status to replacement requested the day before yours (March 12th).

Its for a pretty significant card so most likely be waiting a while til they "get around to it"

Hey, good luck, Casey! Although none of mine were anything earth-shattering, 3 of the 4 were purchases that were intended for my PC. The 4th (likely the best of the group) was a pack pull.
