Sold a card to a gent i have a few times previously. He has always been a slow payer 12k+ feedback . $35 usd.

i always send an invoice the night of the sale, 4 days later resend, 3 days later wonder why the auto claim hasnt been activated and it appears ive set it for 8 days. on the 8th day it fires and 3 or 4 days later just before they are going to close it and refund fees he pays by echeck. a week later it fails to clear. 3 days later i close the sale and refund fees

the next day he asks me to reinvoice him and he will send payment. im sure he wants the non payer removed, but if i reinvoice him do i have any risk if he actually pays me?

im actually leaning towards just blocking but looking for opinions

Just re-list it and tell him to hit the BIN if you think his e-check will clear. Whether he pays after a case is closed or not makes no difference as his account will already have the NPB and I'm pretty sure you can't just re-invoice him thru ebay after a case anways. You could through paypal and invoice him there.

I'd just block him. Too much of a hassle. This guy certainly hasn't made it a priority to pay you in a timely manner
