Thanks for all the input everyone, really interesting to hear how people do it differently. I opted with the Google Docs Spreadsheet and am quite happy with how it is going so far. Having the accessibility from my phone is a huge upside, for when Im at the shop or expo and need a quick check. I probably should have clarified my collection is over 1000 cards
