Question - Need Help with an Insert set

Is the 03/04 Ice Icons set part of UD Series 2 cards or is it part of 03/04 Ice? What about the Ice Icons jersey's? I have conflicting answers. I looked at the checklists at upperdeck.com and it's not on the 03/04 Ice checklist, nor is it on Beckett's checklist. Everyone sells the cards on ebay under 03/04 Ice....I'm hoping it's a no, because that's one less batch of cards I need to chase.

Ice Icons are a series 2 insert, as are the jersey versions.
