So I have some redemptions from 2012. I don't really care for them and have requested a replacement through the online portal. Does anyone have any experience on what the timeline is to get something? Obviously with the current situation, I expect it to take longer to arrive to me, but even to update. I've never done it before but with UD, it updates before I get a card. Does panini update as well?

I also requested a replacement a while ago... I'm curious how long it will be too. At this point I am not expecting much given their great track record with customer service......

I don't think they're doing direct replacements anymore. It's been a while, but my last experience was that they had a points system. Your expired redemptions were exchanged for points, and you could "buy" specific cards on their site where the cost was in points.

I contacted Panini directly a while back to clear out my backlog of redemptions, going back to 2009 and never going to be made. At that time the rule as I was told was:

If the redemption was not expired when you submitted it in, they would get you another card in exchange, either same player, or asking you for a list of players and.or teams.

If the redemption was an older redemption, which they were still accepting, but was expired when you redeemed it, you only got points for their store.

That was a while back, it may have changed since, but it was the procedure went through with them.
