I just saw in the paper today where the Canes will be scrimmaging against the Caps in Raleigh on Sunday. This may be more suited for Dan or Ryan or someone in the RDU area who has gone, since maybe there is something Raleigh-specific about it, but maybe someone can answer in general.
What should I expect? Will it be a "real" game in the sense that there will be horns, announcements, arena giveaways, etc.? How crowded will it be?
I see you have to go to the Caniac Carnival to get the tickets. The tickets are free--is it all general seating or are they assigned seats?
I figured it'd be a good way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The wife is excited and my son, though only a little more than 6-months, should have enough going on around him to keep his attention.
