Rafael Soriano to the Jays?

Jim Bowden tweets that the Jays could be sleepers to sign Rafael Soriano...

The Yankees qualified his offer so the Jays would be on the hook for two draft picks if they sign him. If they do this, this gives them an immense amount of depth in the back end of the bullpen...Soriano, Janssen and Santos.

You can never seem to have enough depth in the bullpen. That would be another solid signing if it were to come to fruition.
