raptors pick up telfair for next to nothing. hopefully he can live up to his earlier hype.
Telfair was the 13th overall pick in the 2004 NBA Draft by the Portland Trail Blazers out of Abraham Lincoln High School

Telfair is buds with r.gaay lowry and anderson. He trains with them in vegas. should be a nice 3rd option at the point.

I doubt he will have any real impact, plus he's an expiring contract at the end of the season. But it does add more depth. Just don't know how often he'll make it into the lineup.
