Redemption help needed

Becoming increasingly depressed about this redemption. I purchased the Jimi Hendrix relic card from Topps American Pie when it first came out last December and redeemed the card. At this point, Topps tells me they still have not reached an agreement with the Hendrix estate to produce the card (Topps, don't you think you should have done that before you inserted the redemption into packs?).

It appears that Topps is almost at the point of saying screw it and begin to offer replacements. Here is where I need help. Since I don't collect any sport other than hockey, I need suggestions as to what kind of suitable replacement to ask for from Topps. Any and all suggests are welcome!

find the best sport they do sell and do your research for anything that you can sell to recover your money back.

Ask for an RG3 or Luck high end card!!!! They should because they did even have the piece for the Hendrix to make the card.
