regular vs. XL parallel inserts in 04-05 E-XL?

I was wondering how one could tell between the regular version and the XL versions of the non-GU inserts in 04-05 EXL.; finding a definitive answer has been a bit tricky... any help would be greatly appreciated

Does anybody know the difference? I've looked at quite a few E-XL inserts and they all look the same...
