I recently returned a couple cards to Upper Deck for replacement. Both cards were from SPX.I returned a winning combo as well as an auto rookie jersey card. The rookie jersey card that I returned was multi colored. They replced it with an all white swatch.Should I call Upper Deck and complain or should I just be thankful that I got anything at all. What do you think? Thanks,Winston.

I would call them.......not sure what you would call them but if you need assistance I might be able to help......My wife calls me alot of names so I might be on the forefront of this in terms of Knowledge :)

I am so glad that you replied.I actullay had a bit of a laugh when I read your reply.I use to say "call be what ever you want but please never call me late for supper".Thanks,Winston.

From my dealings lateley with Upper Deck, I wouldn't waste my time trying to get a reply or something to compensate you because in the end you will end up more frustrated than you are now. It totally stinks that you have a nice card, with cool swatches, but, of course, it is damaged.

I would not have felt near as bad if the replacement would have been color. But it was white and hardly anyone wants a white swatch.Thanks,Winston.

I hear you Winston. Last year I had the exact same scenario happen to me, except it was with ITG. Their position was that I should be happy with any kind of a return, and that expecting a certain jersey configuration was unrealistic.

And that was ITG, so I can only image what UD would say

I think I will send them an email.I do not have time anymore to be put on hold for an hour.ITG always seem to be so good.I had a friend who had one of those country of origin cards that was damaged. They simply made a new card and put the same piece in it.It was a beautiful card.So I felt that was great service. But what happened to you is poor service. Thanks a lot for replying,Winston.

Id send some firm emails, kind yet firm... and see what you can manage out of them... just dont give up and be persistent, thats what I'd do anyway
