Rookie cut off date for 2015-16 cards?

Does anyone know whether UD has announced a cut off date for players making their NHL debut this season to be included in this year's products?

I think confusion came of this, bc a UD rep on twitter said Blandisi would be a carryover, even though his debut was Dec 11. Jan 30 makes much more sense.

Probably same scenario as Daniel Carr. Gotta make sure they have some good carry-over content for 16-17.
