i don't anything will really change. their cards are already usually up there and the values for these 2 no longer move on hype. their greatness is already established and records or HOF or not, i'd say everything's already been factored in.
I'll echo the "won't move" sentiment. These guys are already established as the greatest goalies in the last 20-30 years, if not ever. Brodeur may see a slight, short bump after he officially passes Roy, but I'd imagine it'll settle back down.
There will be a short-term bump in interest for Brodeur's cards as collectors that haven't jumped on the hobby bandwagon for him seek to grab a piece or two for their PCs. The ITG Super Box is banking on that notion and hopefully will pay off for them and for the Brodeur collectors that want an extra special piece for their collections.
For Roy, no change. The drop to #2 on the all-time wins list is not going to suddenly cause his collectors to divest themselves of their collections.
