Hey guys! I'm seeking some insight.

For years I used Beckett to get an idea on prices by just taking 40-50% off their listed price. It didn't think it was far off for most cards.

But now I can't justify paying for their online pricing when there's several resources for free.

Someone (in a FB card group) suggested a site called Cardmavin which I think is pretty nifty. But the site I hear about most is 130point's Trading Card Pricing Tool. Both of which get their sale prices from eBay.

I don't how many of you have used these sites, if any. But I'm curious why the average pricing is different for both.

Just for kicks I checked the pricing for Suzuki's RC in Platinum.

130Point Avg: $1.55

Cardmavin Avg: $4.04

Tried another from the same set: Carey Price Best in the World

130Point avg: $1.25 (7 sales)

Cardmavin avg: $5.63 (8 sales)

Does that seem odd?!

Anyone have any insight on this or pricing they could share?

Thanks!!
